This is a lead-generation website for my real estate investing business. I modelled the layout after other successful websites I've studied in this niche.

This is a pure direct-response website. The goal is simple, to get qualified people with a house for sale to contact my business through the website contact forms or via calling us. We use a 24/7 live answering service so neither method is preferred on our end.

Once we get a lead, we use automation through zapier to send out an email and text notification. We also add it to our CRM. From there a straightforward sales and pre-screening process begins over text or phone calls, culminating in a visit to the property and a signed agreement.

The website uses WPForms for all forms, as this is most important interaction and element of the site. There is a clever 2 step form that passes info between step 1 and step 2 using the URL and hidden fields.

There are a few "freebie" downloads, or lead magnets on the site to incentivize someone to give us their contact information. Tried and true online marketing.

There's also a blog that can be used to provide valuable content and help rank the website higher in the future.

Most of the website traffic currently comes from paid Facebook ads.
